Firmenich has a really good and extensive benefits package. They also take the time to go through everything during the onboarding orientation so that you know exactly what you're getting into before signing up for anything.
fast paced environment, never the same day twice
Health care plan is according human resources competitive. The worst thing is the fact for 2019, health care prices will increase, at this time we do not have a full picture of the increase and need to wait until communicated.
Ample vacation days. Nearly 3 weeks vacation to start for most new employees. You get week between Christmas and New Years. No complaints about the health care plans available and 402k match
Great benefits package. Work/Life balance is superb, as well as employee appreciation. On site massage therapist, yoga and cafeteria.
Nothing, The plan is absolutely amazing.
A decent amount of PTO is provided, even for entry level. The 401k match is great, there is a tuition reimbursement program (requires 3 year post commitment), the profit sharing is nice, although it is very obvious that they have reduced the amount they share with the employees and of course management gets better bonuses than the employees who do most of the work. Some managers will arbitrarily decide to decline PTO in situations that they have approved previously.
16 PTO days for new employees. Decent health benefits with low contribution from employees and low cost-pays. Nice benefits package.
Good medical benefits at reasonable price.
Best is the health benefits, which are quite affordable by current standards and offer a range of coverage options. Worst is very poor annual increases YOY.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
