A summary of U.S. benefits. Benefits vary by region.
Not the best health insurance coverage but for the price with ACA requirements it is not too bad price wise.
Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for a family are a bit on the expensive side. They offer 401k and change how they match employee contribution this should be interesting.
Insurance is very expensive and internal IT is horrible.
401k is only 1% match, benefits compared to previous employers are significantly higher
First Advantage offers PTO and sick time.
Extremely generous vacation time, but terrible and expensive healthcare options. 401k match is barely existant.
Medical Options are not good and expensive. They have a sliding scale so if you are on the lower end of the pay scale they are a little more affordable. 401K match was based on company performance so may or may not get a match. No communication on if they were matching 5 months into the new year. Everything else is pretty standard.
Overall First Advantage benefit package is pretty good. Retirement is included in the 401K package. The company DOES NOT match the 401K, which I find to be horrible.
Benefits are average. Health insurance a little high and 401k leaves a little to be desired but not a deal killer.
decent PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, decent medical
