The Profit Sharing plan contribution was over 6% in 2017 and has been 5+ percent for last 4 years. In addition, the company makes a 50% match to your 401k contribution. Maternity and Paternity Leave benefits are excellent. They also give a generous amount of paid time off including unlimited sick time.

Once you take into consideration the cost for health benefits, the salary is no longer competitive.The company only pays 50% health care cost. This is a constant complaint among peers and at every company meeting they state how they are looking for a solution.
Out of pocket cost for dental insurance is too high
