For such a large company, the health plans offered are terrible.
High deductible/copay. Providers are somewhat lackluster.

Once you are signed up the benefits are good

The health plan used to be much better prior to Obamacare. Now there are no more "Cadillac plans," but what they offer is pretty comparable to most large companies in the post-Obamacare world.
You get what you pay for. Better than nothing.
