401k matching, bonus each year, paid parking and discounts on multiple products were good. Health insurance is pricey.
They switched from a known insurance provider to their own "in house" insurance and people are getting bills from providers and labs because the in house insurance isn't paying them
First American offers a very good benefits package, including 401K match. Although the vision & dental coverage has room for improvement.
