The benefits are actually pretty good and the 401K match is awesome. The health insurance deductibles are very high though.
The best thing about their benefits is the breadth and depth of offerings. There is something for everyone, including the basics like medical and dental, but they also have many non-traditional benefits that many employers do not offer. They work hard to keep benefits affordable and educate employees on the value of what they offer through online Total Rewards statements that are updated quarterly. They take their benefits very seriously and listen to employee feedback on how to make it even better.
Great dental and medical. They took away the gym membership reimbursement program which is kind of a bummer. Employee stock option is the standard 15% below market that most companies offer.
401 match up to 3%, Good benefits options available
Benefits in general are okay.
Solid benefits package for a relatively small company.
Mediocre medical benefits. Personal time off (PTO) lacking for new hires.
The dental and vision benefits are great. The medical insurance was very expensive and did not provide good coverage.
401k match based on company's performance on the previous year, great Paid Time Off amount, and good HSA contribution from employer.
401K is the worst as there is no fixed plan, it varies year to year based on some target earnings set for the company. You would get match for 3% of the salary only, the match varies from 50 cents to $1.50 per $ contributed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
