Health insurance, 401k, maternity leave, severance package
very comprehensive benefits package that offered 401K, college assistance and medical, dental and eye.
The best thing was the training and getting to work from home. The worst was the travel and dealing with customer claims.
I believe the employer should pay for benefits. If they are a People First company. The benefit package was mediocre. I believed then and I still believe a company should not compare themselves to another company standard. They should have their own bar, whether it is low, medium or high.
401k matching, Benefits Fair is informative, ESPP 15%, gym discounts, standard corporate discounts. Yoga on campus.
First American offers a full package of employee benefits ranging from health/dental/life insurances, 401k with company match, paid time off and employee rewards programs/discounts just to name a few.

Along with the usual Medical, Dental and Vision they offer Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Theft, Legal and Pet insurance.
