The 401k benefits are amazing. You get 100% match up to 6%, plus an additional 3% contribution credit each year based on your salary. Sales associates receive bonus' based on certain criteria. All associates who start out receive 160 hours min. of PTO, no matter their position with the bank. The medical benefits are higher as you are paying North Carolina pricing. But the higher annual compensation, medical discounts and 401k program outweigh the cost of medical offered.
