Cost for the insurance is low. But with the high deductible if you go to the doctors often you have to pay a lot out of pocket. Company needs to contribute to HSA.
Plan was downgraded from a good plan to high deductible more expensive plan for employees in 2012. Still decent coverage, but premiums rose by 20%.
