“Great 401k that grows and multiple options. ”
“Vacation & sick time is combined and starts at 17 days per year for fulltime employees.”
“Have the choice of HDHP and PPO plans”
Great benefits, lower pay. Great PTO and hour schedule. Wish they paid more, but it makes up with the benefit package
They lowered their 401k match and the benefits weren’t great to begin with. Slightly below what you’d expect from a small company.
Low deductibles, no copays, lots of options when picking a dr in network
Paid time off benefits are good. Health insurance price is good but company used is not good.
Benefits are quite competitive in comparison to other banks, though definitely behind the industry in regards to parental leave.
Benefits are mostly fair here compared to other companies. I might say health insurance is better than other banks, but lags behind in other areas such as 401k match among other things.
Love the vacation time! Lots of PTO compared to other companies
I'm a Seasonal Teller so I didn't get any.
Well as with most employers, First Commonwealth did a match up to 4 percent. They give employees free checking accounts
Paid Time Off was the best benefit. I couldn't afford to use the health package, it had a $1500 deductible before the insurance kicked in.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
