Love the vacation time! Lots of PTO compared to other companies

Well as with most employers, First Commonwealth did a match up to 4 percent. They give employees free checking accounts
Paid Time Off was the best benefit. I couldn't afford to use the health package, it had a $1500 deductible before the insurance kicked in.
Eliminating shift differential. If you are part-time, you'll owe FCB money to cover you & your family for health ins.
401k with 6% employer match after 1 year, 17 PTO Days, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for Full Time Employees.
If I took health insurance I would have owed the bank money at the end of the month. When I declined coverage I had a difficult time getting them to allow it.
Paid time off maxes out after 20 years. No additional time is given for years of service after 20 years of employment.
The insurance is affordable but has a high deductible. However, they have a program to help you if you need to meet your deductible early in the year and can't afford it.
Health insurance is cheap. But high deductible so a lot of out of pocket expenses. Company doesn't contribute to HSA.
