Paid Time Off was the best benefit. I couldn't afford to use the health package, it had a $1500 deductible before the insurance kicked in.

Paid time off maxes out after 20 years. No additional time is given for years of service after 20 years of employment.

The insurance is affordable but has a high deductible. However, they have a program to help you if you need to meet your deductible early in the year and can't afford it.

Health insurance is cheap. But high deductible so a lot of out of pocket expenses. Company doesn't contribute to HSA.
