The benefits promised when interviewed are not what you will actually get. They are very good at making lots of promises about benefits you will receive, but then never putting it in writing so you cannot ever hold them accountable. Even benefits that are in writing are subject to change at any time, and often times do get changed, sometimes more than once per year. The cost of benefits to the employees is exorbitant and often does not leave one with enough money to actually live on.
