6 weeks standard however if both you and the baby's father work for the bank you MUST SPLIT this maternity leave between you both so both only get three weeks paid off time.
You get 12 weeks off but if you do Not have enough personal time and vacation time saved you may only get paid 4 weeks or 6. Or less. It depends on how much you have saved
Full 3 month fmla as well as the ability to add on any saved personal time and vacation time and ive never seen anyone lose their job or standing while on fmla.
They give you the standard 3 months but is not secure that you will have your job when you come back
When ever you need this, first get informed by HR then, I mean then... your manager so you do not get taken advantage of or regret you could have took more time off.
They give you a good amount of time for it. I remember a girl i worked with got a good month and a half off
The employee was given up to 6 weeks of maternity leave to prepare to return to work.
