if you don't use your days they do not roll over and if you leave the company they do not pay you out for the days you've accrued

Two weeks up to year 5. Difficult to manage work life balance with that little time since it is customary to work additional hours during regularly scheduled work weeks. The number of personal days and paid holidays were reduced somewhere around 2014-2015

the best thing is you get paid time off after hired, the worse is its only 40 hours for the year.

Benefits are horrible when compared to its competitors in the same industry. Just avoid this company at all cost.
