“Offers lengthy maternity time for employees.”

“Excellent vacation and paid time off.”
The Benefit package is very competitive in comparison to other employers in the area.
Bank is self insured and has a $1,500 deductible for health insurance. It is $3,500 for families. Coverage is at 80%. Cost is about $1,500 per year for single coverage. I deny myself routine doctor care because I know each time I go there will be a $300 bill I have to pay.
1 week of vacation time for your first year
Company offers incentives to offset cost of insurance premiums. Vacation donation offered. Adoption reimbursement program.
HSA Healthcare options. Employee premiums competitive. 401K match. Work life balance encouraged. Adoption benefit.
It was good for what it was.
Vacation/PTO and banking holidays are nice, other benefits are not standing out in the crowd.
The 6% 401k match is sweet.
This company has a very high deductible before insurance is helpful and have to use a 3rd party HSA that charges monthly fees. They do have different health incentives (getting a yearly physical or taking an assessment through BCBS will earn you money from the company into your HSA),
Lots of benefits offered: 401k with match, HSA, FSA, health, dental, vision. Health insurance options are only high-deductible plans and they still cost a small fortune
