“Solid! Better value for one person”
They had good prices for their benefits package. I was able to afford PPO for a good amount and didn't take a ton out of my paycheck.
The benefit options weren't bad but there is a 6 month waiting period until a full time employee is eligible. People need benefits sooner, that's part of why they seek employment. I would recommend expanding eligibility. And if you're a salaried employee, you won't have to worry about any of this.
They offered benefits to employees
Great benefits! My favorite was the hotel discounts
Obviously great hotel discounts, but pto is generous!!
The worst coverage and most expensive benefits I have seen in 10 years of hospitality. Their 401k was a joke.
Best - Medical Blue Cross, large network of doctors. Hotel discounts. Paid time off (PTO) ok but could be upgraded in order to obtain and retain talent. Worst is all management members are not bonus eligible, only the chosen few.
Benefits are lacking. Two weeks of vacation only. No Sick days. Less than average paid holidays, and no extra buffer days around Thanksgiving or Christmas. 401k match is average. Medical and Dental benefits are also not the best. I can get private medical for around the same monthly cost. Finally, I have not seen or verbally heard an official Work from Home policy delineated.
Benefits OK, nothing special when it comes to the Hospitality Industry
hotel discount IF it is available.. very limited! Decent car and phone discount.
