No complaints. Complete package.
The best part would be the holiday pay followed by the reduced health insurance after taking a health check to lead more of a healthy life.
Best thing is the 401k package and insurance benefits. Worst is PTO is limited and parking isn’t free.
It was a BCBS ppo and it was great. Plenty of coverage and compensation was pretty good too.
401k contribution by bank annually regardless whether or not you contribute to plan.
I saw continual growth in 401K investment every year. Always trying to improve life for their employees. Offer incentive plan to reduce medical premiums.
I was an intern so I didn't have access to benefits.
Wonderful benefits that most companies have but many additional perks! FNB offers others like; College Coach, Wellness Incentives, Employee Assistance Programs and many more to help every day employees. Great PTO plus 10 bank holidays!
Competitive benefits package. Treat bank holidays as regular vacation days, but can work that day and use it in the future.
First National Bank is committed to the well being of its employees. They have an on-site fitness center, an amazing corporate lactation program and great medical, dental and vision coverage through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. I do think that Human Resources needs extra guidance and training for helping with Maternity Leave and Leave of Absence. It would be beneficial for HR to send reminders, and even call and check in with the Mother - after the Baby is Born. There were a lot of unknowns, and after having a baby Insurance wasn't top of mind.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
