In addition to the many benefits listed below First Republic has implemented a minimum wage level of $25 per hour for all full-time, part-time and temporary employees, including interns, on First Republic’s Payroll.
Great health benefits for employees
Very standard benefits , nothing extraordinary or that makes you think the company has your welfare in min. Lunch was good though
Work from home is limited to few individuals otherwise non existent.
The healthcare plan with Aetna is excellent, I can go straight to a specialist and choose my physician. There is also Kaiser for people who only operate in California (wouldn't recommend if you travel). 401k matching is only 5%, which is better than nothing but not very impressive. We do, however, get 10% off our stock purchasing which is a good investment. As for employee education, the bank will pay for your insurance license, notary, and series 6 or 7, but only contributes 5k towards an MBA.
401K match but not phenomenal
The pay is relatively competitive.
Medical benefits are average with the dilemma option of paying a lower monthly fee for a HSA that is set with a deductible of $3,500 for an individual, or a really high month fee for average coverage. The company advertises transportation aid when they only offer the option of paying for your public transportation pre-tax.
3 weeks PTO, 40 hours paid volunteer hours, health benefits, subsidized cafes, and wellness reimbursement benefit
Best: Robust overall benefits, which are comparable to many Silicon Valley employers of choice Worst: Nothing comes to mind - employee costs for some plans are high, but every employer is dealing with that
Great benefits. 401k match up to 4%, monthly cell phone reimbursement, monthly wellness stipend, corporate discounts, concierge service, in house cafeteria (some locations) with subsidized meals. Health care premiums very reasonable (2018). ESPP and Student Loan Repayment Assistance huge perk of being here.
