It is pretty middle of the road, with the exception of vacation days, even the lowest ranks get four weeks. Upper ranks have unlimited vacation days (although people rarely have time to take even two consecutive weeks due to heavy work load. Unless you're a SVP or above, you are your own administrative assistant. Nothing like paying an employee $150 an hour to make copies or stock the supply room. Of course those unproductive hours just mean you'll be staying later to get your real job done.
