Benefits are actually great. Nothing to complain about. They have 3 different plans to select from and they are way cheaper than what you'd pay outside.

The benefits package has an array of small perks that add up to something more significant. In addition to standard 401k matching, perks like a monthly fitness allowance, subsidized cafeteria, electronic allowance, and student loan debt reduction make for a compelling package.

It is pretty middle of the road, with the exception of vacation days, even the lowest ranks get four weeks. Upper ranks have unlimited vacation days (although people rarely have time to take even two consecutive weeks due to heavy work load. Unless you're a SVP or above, you are your own administrative assistant. Nothing like paying an employee $150 an hour to make copies or stock the supply room. Of course those unproductive hours just mean you'll be staying later to get your real job done.
