    We offer 2 options for medical (HDHP and CoPay). The company contributes towards the HDHP HSA Account throughout the year. Dental and Vision packages are pretty typical. The Company offers 401(k) in a pre-tax option as well as a Roth option which is very nice.

    Benefits were average. 2 weeks PTO is typical, but negotiating 3 weeks pto is not unheard of. Even if you have 3 weeks off, chances are you won't be able to use all of them.
