If you are looking to acquire a cdl and become a driver or aid their training is through and beneficial.
They will work with you
They pay for your CDL.
Continual ongoing training for employees.
They do a very thorough job to make sure you are prepared
The training was every day for 2 weeks. You need to pass all of the exams to get to the next level.
Management are good about getting you on the road asap but love too drag their heels, when you need additional training especially for the longest routes spedbusses. Currently been waiting 3 months for that training with no luck, they don't teach you how too use the zonar systems or how to fill out paper work. You learn after they chew you out for doing it wrong as they didn't want too answer your questions the first time.
They really spend their time making sure you know what you're doing
They have excellent traing and test prep
Job training is very thorough, because it MUST be. The safety of children, general public, and expensive vehicles is at stake.
