“Really high copays. $6300 out of pocket before they pay a single penny. This insurance is not affordable, for the common worker.”
“We get a week vacation after the first year and two week vacation after the second year. I believe that is fair and I am happy with that. There is no PTO as far as I know but we do have 24 sick hours. ”
“Paid holiday is great i love it”
Not very good benefits.
Overall, the company’s benefits package offer a range of options to help meet employees needs. In addition to the medical, the company offers other benefits such as 401k, etc
We get a reasonable vacation every year which is the only reason I am giving first transit three stars. We also get to choose whether or not we want to work on holidays and everyone gets thanksgiving and Christmas off which is a huge plus. The health insurance is absolutely horrid, my deductible is $6,500 and there is no way I can afford that. If they offered more affordable insurance I would definitely give them five stars.
Really high copays on insurance
Low pay and HIGH insurance cost, most of your paycheck is eaten up by your insurance premiums. Honestly, not even worth it.
expensive but fair a little confusing to chose
The best part about the benefits package is the Kaiser network provided. They offer VSP for vision which is very good. The worst part is about the Dental, it is very expensive and the company does not offer a good deal on dental work.
Terrible if you're part time (which you will be for at least a year) only tolerable if you're full time
Total package is decent for job.
Benefits were good for a single person.
