Total package is decent for job.
Terrible if you're part time (which you will be for at least a year) only tolerable if you're full time

Good incentive bonus plan for operating level location staff in recognition of the fact that they get the real work done.
While the company pays a good percentage of the premiums for the amount the employee still has to pay the deductibles are incredibly high and a deductible has to be met before even prescriptions are covered
Excellent company really willing to go above and beyond their mission appreciate their employees always positive. COuld use some more growth but willing to put people who work hard enough in advanced positions
You get a week vacation after 1 year. No sick days no personal time. If your sick you have to use your vacation days.
Medical benefits too high and no choice of medical (2 different price range both expensive). No matching 401K either.
