The health coverage is decent. I was eligible for the pension plan, although it was discontinued for employees that hired in 6 months after I had, so it would not be a benefit for new employees going forward.
I was a contractor so no benefits were given.
401k and paid time off
Its poor because they don't care to retain employees. All they seem to care about its answering the phones in a certain amount of time to meet the federal guidelines.

Pretty standard Fortune-500 corporate benefits package, nothing fancy, but good coverage at fairly low cost to employees. Has 401k matching (2%) & pension for the time being.

Company has a great health plan; however, the Union has it's own plan. It would have been better if they could have all been on the same plan.
