The worst thing about the benefit package was that I had trouble making health appointments. It was unclear how to reach a doctor with my insurance.

Benefit options have expanded with AD&D and the like, but choices for Health Insurance are just OK. If you are a family, its expensive.

You are not eligible for holiday pay if you are not a lead inx. You can pay for health insurance it it is pricey. You can’t be a lead until at least a year plus months of training and verbal test
