Great benefit package and paid time off
Insurance is a little expensive
The criteria for bonuses and referrals randomly making it nearly impossible to earn. CSR employees received no other benefits
The company did offer a varirty of insurance packages including health, casualty, and accident through payroll deduction. They also provided a 401k plan. PTO was available and earnable.
What benefits? The benefits they do give are a joke.
They provide 401k, health and dental benefits, but don't pay enough to afford them. I was told by others who paid for benefits that it wasn't worth the cost.
Awful company just ok benefits
A matching 401k and PTO that is able to be borrowed if needed. Free weekends.
High deductible that makes getting healthcare expensive, provided you can even get approved for time off to see a doctor.
There is coverage. However, it is a high deductible plan, the benefits team at the company know nothing, and are not supportive at all.
