Less and less every year for coverage but that is the way of the world at this point in time and I think all companies are doing the same. Fiserv continues to review the norm and does make an effort to say on the high end of offerings.

High cost and huge deductible. Trying to get costs upfront is a nightmare. "Mystery" bills show up months after services.

High deductible health plan is good for healthy individuals who don't see the doctor much. Fiserv contributes to HSA account. Also provide Paid Time offf that covers vacation and sick time

Higher costs than a lot of other competitors but not terrible. They try to keep people healthy by having linking how much you pay to certain criteria you fulfill, like doing biometric testing, getting flu shots etc
