The 401K program is good.
Good enough. Not great. The premium costs, deductibles, out of pocket required are all too high. The life insurance add-on was reasonable for me.
You are given benefits day 1 and is setup with HSA as well. 401k is auto enrolled.
Medical is high. Great PTO (available day 1). Work from Home options for most positions
Very good package, except the health care, very poor healthcare plan.
Paid time off is good, 401k is competitive, Health benefits are expensive with high deductible.
Best - insurance from Day 1 + EAP Worst - Short term does not cover pre-existing
Generous PTO the longer you've been with the company. Work from home options depending on position/office location. 401K matching and employee discount offerings could be improved.
Best thing - They have a large well-rounded package including life insurance and long-term care insurance for being in nursing home or receiving at home care. Worst thing - The healthcare is low quality company in United Healthcare, lots of issues trying to find doctors and hospitals due to poor quality tools on my side and at the support desk when you call. Plus many employees told me about being denied benefits that should have been paid, like having a heart attack that cost $100K with insurance due to being denied benefits over 2 years.
401k, health and dental benfits, stda and ltd, no pension plan
