It’s an alright benefit plan
Excellent PTO. Available day 1.
Great except for the healthcare
In 2018 they split the package so part is sick, part is vacation. This is because so many states now require that they provide sick pay, and cannot deny the employee the ability to take it. Then the wording was changed to reduce the amount of accrued vacation you are paid when laid off or you quit. Of course, you are not paid for sick time if you are laid off or quit. Since the accrual is calculated by years of service, this affects long-term employees the most. Something to keep in mind.
vacation and PTO is provided every year and increases with longevity of service
There is no negative here.
Awesome packages and fast paced elevation
Best thing at Fiserv. If you've been there longer than five years you have a pretty good PTO accumulation yearly.
Two weeks paid was included, which is very average.
