The best thing about the benefits package for me is the insurance. With this insurance I have had medication that normally costs someone $200 cost me $20.

Former Supervisor of Automated Practice Systems in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The firm has really good health and 401k benefits. They also have generous vacation and sick leave.

Current Employee in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The 401k package for administrative employees (not attorneys or other "legal" employees) is great, but doesn't kick in until after a year of service. There is only one health plan option.

the best thing is the flexible work arrangement, being able to work from anywhere as long as deadlines are met; health coverage is good
