The 401k plan is outstanding -- 50% match for either a traditional or Roth account, with complete freedom of choice of investments (subject to Compliance approval, of course, so that there's never a conflict of interest when a client happens to be trading or holding the stock that you're looking to trade). They've also expanded their benefits offerings in recent years, now offering things like Ginger for mental health, an Employee Assistance Program, etc. Things are really moving in a great direction here.
