Best: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits & 401k matching
Fisher Investments has an amazing benefits package. 20 days PTO, 9 days paid holidays, 50% 401K match up to the IRS maximum, 100% medical dental and vision coverage.
They cover all benefits including health, dental, and vision. My favorite part is the 50% match up to the legal limit on a 401K plan. You can also accrue up to 20 days paid time off.
Best 401k match I've seen in the industry - they match 50% of every dollar you contribute up to the limit which is currently either $18,000/year or $18,500/year. They also pay 100% of the medical, dental and vision insurance premiums which is amazing.
The best thing is they cover 50% of your 401k. They also have very good health benefits for full time employees.
50% 401k match, up to the IRS maximum!
Pros: Incomparable 401k match, free (to employee) health benefits (medical, dental & vision), substantial discretionary bonuses reviewed/paid frequently and nice 'earn as you go' yearly PTO package (frowned upon to take more than 2 weeks at a time). Cons: Sustained long hours without pressure on business to resolve and/or consider employees physical/mental health, inability to work flexible hours for required OT, no benefits/reward for long-term/loyal employees (must be pregnant or in need surgery for business to support extended leave of absence).
50% 401k match up to the annual maximum is excellent! Mandatory 50 hour work week not so good.
Great benefits, especially the 401k match! Healthcare is phenomenal and the PTO is generous.
4 weeks vacations for entry level positions
