“It's good but you pay the premiums which end up being hundreds of dollars a month for a family.”
“Very good discount used on products!”
“Very flexible on the Maternity & Paternity leave”
Unlimited time off was the best but I never took more than 1 week due to workload
Limited benefit, free snacks, no 401k match
Unlimited vacation days, 401K match, free workouts, employee discounts, etc.
Best: RSUs (whatever they're worth) Worst: Paying the $500+ in health benefits for a family
Offers full suite, pretty good
Unlimited PTO is great. The only bad thing of the on-boarding package is there is no sign-on bonus usually.
Fitbit only just introduced 401(k) match last year, and they only matched up to $2k. For 2020, they pathetically raised the match amount to $2.5k. For a modern tech company with millions in the bank and no debt, they are extremely cheap.
Healthy snacks provided. Efforts to meet employee requests with benefits packages. 401k match.
Average benefit, no free lunch
Unlimited PTO. Decent snacks. Lots of swag.
