The company offered attractive health insurance and life insurance policies.
Unlimited PTO that you feel too guilty to use. People who live outside the city get to work from home 2-3x a week, but people who live in the city still expected to come in everyday.
no free lunches, happy hour every week ; they really cut down what we used to get as employees. no longer get stipend for wellness
you pay to much out of pocket
Comprehensive health plan and dental options. PTO is standard but very easy to use. No 401k match.
The benefits are affordable and have great doctor options!
Flex time, no 401k match, no food, some snacks, coffee, work from home, miscalculations, no or small bonus, apathy, etc
Great work/life balance. Monthly wellness stipend, which is great for covering gym membership costs. Great health/dental coverage. Unlimited Vacation Policy
Reasonable array of health insurance plans to meet different needs. Family coverage available. Reasonable employee portion. Wish we had a 401k match.
The worst is that there is no 401k matching. The best is that there is flexible time allowed meaning you can take plenty of vacation. It still has to get approved but it makes taking a random day or two off much easier than any other company I've ever worked for. They also give you some money for your phone bill and money for "wellness" each month. There is also educational money that you can use each year; however, this is not well-known throughout the company.
