The benefits are affordable and have great doctor options!
Flex time, no 401k match, no food, some snacks, coffee, work from home, miscalculations, no or small bonus, apathy, etc
Great work/life balance. Monthly wellness stipend, which is great for covering gym membership costs. Great health/dental coverage. Unlimited Vacation Policy
Reasonable array of health insurance plans to meet different needs. Family coverage available. Reasonable employee portion. Wish we had a 401k match.
In 2018 we now get discounts on up to 10 devices @ 50% off)! Great benefit! Love the benefits including unlimited time off and your birthday off!
The worst is that there is no 401k matching. The best is that there is flexible time allowed meaning you can take plenty of vacation. It still has to get approved but it makes taking a random day or two off much easier than any other company I've ever worked for. They also give you some money for your phone bill and money for "wellness" each month. There is also educational money that you can use each year; however, this is not well-known throughout the company.
I didn't receive much benefits from fitbit except that they gave me free devices every few months at a time.
401k at Fidelity, No Contribution, good choice of medical insurance, discount on Fitness Center, unlimited PTOs (but some managers limit them)
No 401k match, middle-of-the-road Medical, State mandated minimum maternity/paternity. Performance bonus not fully funded in 2016. Free snacks but teambuilding events and parties are infrequent and barely funded.
Nothing bad really. The equity based compensation was insignificant due to stock performance. But everyone always got the latest device to play with.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
