ample vacation days compared to other companies
The benefits package is standard. 401K fully vested after five years. Employer contribution, health insurance, etc. Very flexible vacation time is the most positive thing.
Fitch's benefits are great, the health insurance is costly but still inexpensive compare to other ones I have had in the past.
Very good 401k contributions, up to 7% matching. Vacation days are pretty ok, 3 weeks up to AD, then 4 weeks. 3 personal days and 8 sick days. Health insurance is standard nothing special.
401 k, medical insurance, good PTO
matching 401k is really great, junior people do not have the flexibility to work from home
Insurance, Gym discount offered is great.
2% Base 401K company contribution plus 100% match up to 5%. 3 weeks of vacation starting. Great work life balance for the industry.
The company just changed the health plans to two high deductible plans ($1500&$3000) and one open access plan with very high ($50) co-payments for specialists and a $600 deductible
Very good and affordable healthcare benefits, although they have been raising the premium annually. PTO is ok, 15 vacation days, 3 personal days, and 9 paid holidays for entry-level. 8 sick days and 1 volunteer day. Paid paternity leave is only 1 week, which is very weak and could really be improved. The 401k match of 6% with a 5 year pro-rated vesting period is very good. One great benefit is the very discounted gym membership of the NYHRC next door and the ability to work out during lunch break. They also provide charitable contribution matches dollar for dollar. Tuition assistance seems generous but I am not familiar with the details.
