They are very generous with their benefits packages. They are easy to sign up for and the rates are low.
The free food was the best part. It was hard to take time off to unless I found someone to cover, which was really inconvenient for sickness or other important emergencies.

No profit sharing or annual merit increase. Only small cost of living increase. This is sometimes equal for everyone or higher or lower depending on your base salary. One year it was only around 1%
Owner rather pay the fee for insurance or lie about workers to not give employees insurance
Worst part no health insurance no paid holidays, have to clean bathrooms if you on cashier. Best parts free food can become a manger in trainer in 2 months or least
You’re supposed to have paid vacation time but every time you plan a vacation they tell you, you can’t go and before you know it the entire year has passed and not only are you working 6 days a week you haven’t had one vacation the entire year. They offer a crappy high cost insurance.
