Great options and 401K matching
401k matching is in place. It's a start, but it's not very competitive.
Five9 offers standard medical and dental benefits package compared most industry companies. PTO starts out 2 weeks and increases after completion of 2nd year of service. In addition, 401k plan was added at end of 2019/start of 2020 and still work in progress.

Pros: Employee stock purchase plan, RSUs, modest 401k match, 100% premiums paid on individual health insurance and $1800/yr added to your HSA if you pick the HDHP option. Cons: I think the glaring missing benefit is lack of parental leave, and the 401k match is on the smaller side.
Good health, 401k matching, then even when we are fully up and working due to Corona virus they gave out an extra bonus to help EVERYONE. Very impressive.
