As a small company the benefits are getting better every year but not yet what you would get at a Fortune 100 company.
Everything is great except the lack of 401k matching. I have heard this is something they are currently working towards adding to the benefits package.
Good health Insurance and benefits
- Needs 401K matching, everything else is ok. - Needs a better Health and Wellness Programs (Free nearby gym membership, free access to facilities, etc.)
Plans are better than industry standards with adequate options. No employer matching on 401k is the only negative. Great medical and dental
100% of employee's benefits are covered. Spouse and children have a fee. No 401K Matching but heard company is looking into that.
Free Lunch on Fridays and Local discounts.
Everything is very standard, no 401k matching which is a bummer, but the ESPP was phenomenal.
