    Since unionizing at my site. The benefits package has gotten way better. I only pay 120 a month for myself and 2 boys. After 18 months I have the option to cross over to Kaiser.

    Best thing is that insurance is no cost to the employee, worst thing is that there is no communication on when open enrollment is nor what the options are. Only 3 sick days for salaried employees. Vacation is not negotiable, you'll get 12 vacation days. EAP is only for employees who have insurance with Flagship, but not available for employees with Union insurance. Demanding hours, even if you're hired for a certain schedule you'll be asked to work more.

    As a company that employs the food service workers at Facebook Headquarters it is a shame they refuse to even allow employees to utilize the sick pay that is accrued under California Law. Employees, including salaried management, are only allowed three sick days per calendar year. This is well below industry average and encourages employees who handle food to come to work sick. Medical benefits are below average and dental doesn't even cover a basic filling. Very shocked Facebook doesn't require them to expands this.

    Benefits or ok for employee only but add a family and it is nearly impossible due to cost of the plan. The benefits program is pretty flat and nothing to write home about. The company does provide a basic life and AD&D policy for employees and a employee assistance program that is free as well but this is pretty standard fare. Flagship provides a 401k program with a small company match that is available but for most employees that work here they have no money left after paying for medical benefits. There are no options to work from home for most employees. Vacation and Sick are combined into a PTO bank with 2 weeks the first year (accrued) and increases to 3 weeks for the second year which is higher than industry standard. Depending on location food is a benefit but that is typically provided by the company that Flagship is in contract with.

    Pay was very competitive for my area. Was able to eat free breakfast and lunch daily. Insurance was excellent as was 401k.
