Access to a 3rd party HR group was key to making this a great benefits package. PTO could have been better managed and employees should be trusted until proven otherwise to be balancing company and project interest with time off.

401k is good, health insurance is horrible, there used be bagels every Thursday, company is horrible that's it
Although, the company has a 401K program they do not match anything. The employee contribution for medical benefits is too high.
