Fleetpride offers benefits through Aetna insurance, I have the second most expensive insurance plan they offer and it gives pretty decent coverage in doctors and urgent care. They offer accidental death and dismemberment insurance as well as life insurance. They also offer dental that covers 1k of dental work. They also have vision insurance.
