One of the best I've had.
Equal to national average pay. good people great training , informative upper management. employee meal. 401k insurance, PTO, sick leave, wrk life balance
Discount on food, otherwise none
I personally do not know much about the benefits for a server as I only work part time while going to school full time.
The health insurance offered is not the best out there, but the flexibility of scheduling was a bonus as a part-time job. Also, you were able to receive 50% off of a meal when you made a reservation to dine there once a month.
I really liked my HSA package. The POA they offer partners is not very good. I would prefer a good 401k to the POA account they set up for you.
They offer a sabbatical after fulfilling your contract
Benefits are too numerous and generous to mention, Hours as a Manager are dreadful. Closing Manager generally leaves around 2:00am to 2:30am! 12 hour + shifts are very frequent!
Very flexible schedule that meets my needs. Vacation and Health Insurance is non-existent if you don't work full time which is next to impossible if you are a server here.
No benefits. ( unless you are able to earn full time hours which is made very difficult )
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
