Overall a great benefits package. Health coverage on the higher side but no real waiting period and I appreciate the additional options like FSA and Dependent Care Account. There is also a Financial Planner available to meet with regarding company provided 401K and additional retirement options. PTO plan is very fair and increases with tenure. Paid holidays are pretty standard but include day after Thanksgiving as well. Many company events including team-building, training, holiday events and more.
They offer health insurance in name only. High premiums for little coverage. No retirement. But that seems to be the standard for travel nursing.
flexcare will pay an amount into your benefits, however the medical plans are very expensive and will still be costly for out of pocket expenses.
