The best thing about the benefits at Flexion is that the company truly cares about its employees. Earlier this year the HR group sent out a benefits survey asking for feedback from employees. Since that survey, they enhanced the parental leave and now offer 12 weeks paid of maternity and paternity leave, and just announced a winter shutdown. I’m so thankful to work for a company with leadership that does the right thing.

They have an automatic 401k contribution whether or not employees contribute to the plan. No deductible on the health plan too.
