We have pet care insurance!
Best- Employee basic health insurance is provided free of charge to the employee Worst- If you have to cover a family and want good health insurance for them and yourself it costs a small fortune.
Paid medical dental and vision, annual staff retreats, 401k, Incentive PTO, Sick time, fully stocked break room, catered lunch on non payday Friday's
Fully paid health insurance, short/long term disability, life insurance, 401k and many other smaller "perks"
Best: Free disability, health and life insurance. PTO cap is great! Professional development programs and continuing education reimbursements are available. Retreats. Non-payday Friday lunches. Worst: Insurance coverage is bad. 401k starts after 1 year. You have to earn your sick time.
Full stocked breakroom snacks, free lunch every other Friday, double pay on birthday, incentive PTO if error free, 1 week sick leave, 2 paid community service days, education loan program, mentorship program, random act of coolness, team building activities, employee of the month, holiday party, 100% paid medical insurance, life insurance, 100% paid short term and long term disability insurance, 401k after one year, annual retreat (we went to CANCUN this year!)
The deductible is $2000 individual for my plan. Overall the benefits are very good. It would be nice if there were more PTO days.
Having the opportunity to have 401k plan. The idea of having the opportunity to have health insurance available to the staff after 90days
The benefits package has improved over the past few months and overall for a small company is pretty good. There is still some room for growth but hopefully it will just continue to get better with time.
Full health coverage after $2000 or more deductible. Life insurance and 401k and all benefits offered after 1 year of employment
