They had a wonderful benefit package, health insurance, 401K, stock plan, bonus plan, vacation pay, paid holidays, paid sick days, personal days.
Best thing is PTO vs "vacation". For those who don't get sick, you get more time off to use as you please.
Benefit is ok. Bonuses need to be improved.

Time off comes when the layoff hits. 401 K options are horrible. Insurance rates continue to climb while benefits decrease. Yet they have thousands of employed people world wide and should be able to get a better rate.
