Perks are great as is time off.
Bare bones minimum health plan offered. High deductibles, high employee contribution, high co-pays, horrible prescription benefits. Probably ok if you are young and have no ongoing medical needs. On the plus side, they do offer three options so you can limit your monthly contributions if you are very healthy and do not need doctor visits.
Pros - 401k and Share plan options Cons - Health benefits can get costly
Hard to convey lack of benefits here. Yes, they have many of these benefits, but that are far below standard for positions other than entry level.
Pretty good benefits. A little bit expensive but not bad.
the company matches your 401k contributions which is a fantastic benefit to those that take advantage of it. once you have been working there for a while your vacation times really adds up!
It is ok. Nothing great, nothing bad.
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), voluntary benefits and stock plan are offered.
Travel benefits were excellent. Health insurance okay. They took away the 401k, which really stunk.
With as large of a company that Flight Centre and its related companies are, the company could negotiate a way better health insurance plan. It's often less expensive for me to go to a walk in clinic and pay out of pocket for what I need to have done preventive care-wise than to go to a plan participating doctor.
