They match up to a certain percentage of what you put in.
4% match with no vesting period
Will match as long as you put in over 5%
100% match on first 3 percent and 50% match on the next 2%. Total match is 4% available only after one year of employment
The type of the funds you could chose were much the same, more diversity. Overall not bad because they matched percentage up to 3% , then matched a portion afterwards.
