Health insurance is good, but expensive when you start adding family to it. It's pretty much the same as everywhere, as a disabled vet I choose to opt out and just provide via VA hospital. Also, the health insurance prices for family members may or may not qualify you for government subsidies via ACA (Obama Care). It will depend on your gross earnings, but I was able to get cheaper insurance my 1st few years working elsewhere for my family coverage. 401K is only matched at 50% up to the 1st 6%of employees contribution. The crooked management does this because it allows them to max out their benefits ($18500 per year) because that's what 6% of their salaries with the match would bring. Dental coverage is great. vision is questionable especially since you can pay cash and probably save money so long as you don't have many problems. Life insurance is also greatly priced.
Company matches 401k $.50 on the dollar
They have a great dental insurance and vision and health. The benefit package are great especially the long term and short term disability.
Benefits are expensive. Have to be there 10 years to get 3 weeks PTO. No sick days. Have to work every holiday.
Just an industry standard. Good health dental and vision. 401 k with match. Short and long term disability
