Spring and Winter break paid for full-time employees
Health benefits provided for employee but VERY expensive to add family members. Tuition reimbursement is a great benefit.
No benefits offered to adjuncts
Pay is good, retirements is good once vested. Healthcare costs are very high.
Personally believe the free tuition is the best perk offered to employees. There's also discounts for nearby gyms, phone services, banking services, but not too great.
The only thing I can include is the perks, which are getting to use the darkroom to make prints and processing your film. You can gain knowledge of how the classroom works and how the teacher performs by staying in for a class or two and just observe while you sit on the classroom couch. As for insurance and 401K, there are none.
One gets a comprehensive FL state package, which covers everything.
The benefits are minimum. Dental and Vision are just small discount plans. They do have same sex partnership benefits but they are very expensive.
