“They have two plans and will match both. ”
Several choices of insurance, Florida Retirement System or investment, dental, eye, short and longterm disability insurance, and optional accident & critical insurance.
Generous benefits across the board but the paid time off is the best I've experienced. Vacation time, holidays and Winter & Spring breaks add up to 30 days for new FT employees.
The health insurance is reasonable for this day and age. Some of the co-pays can be a bit high, but on the whole, not too bad.
Benefits are ok, but adding a family member is SO expensive.
Spring and Winter break paid for full-time employees
Health benefits provided for employee but VERY expensive to add family members. Tuition reimbursement is a great benefit.
No benefits offered to adjuncts
great benefits. Misleading -- you pay for your holidays (Spring and Winter Break).
Pay is good, retirements is good once vested. Healthcare costs are very high.
Personally believe the free tuition is the best perk offered to employees. There's also discounts for nearby gyms, phone services, banking services, but not too great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
