Very generous meal policy, PTO, medical/dental/vision
Its not a fully paid for benefits system. Instead what you do is opt into a plan where Flour pays half of your premium and the other half is taken out of your paycheck before taxes.
Great pay but needs to give extra training for some that are new to a big company like flour
my husband is starting his new job with Flour and will be making more a year. He left a job he had with a company he worked for over 14 years. we will miss them but the benefits and salary is better. We like the health insurance cost is less expensive & that it includes a vision option. His vacation time starts to occumalate from day one, it's nice but just weird he gets 11 holidays in a year. Not sure- but I believe it says he contributes to his 401k but it takes a year before the company contributes.
