“Good coverage for a good price. Covered my whole family ”
“Company match and easy access via online portal ”
“Good amount of PTO per year”
The insurance was decent for a good price.
Company match on 401K up to 6%. Insurance rates much lower than what others pay. The benefits group does an outstanding job of trying to maintain the best insurance plans for the Flowers employees while keeping cost as low as they can for the company.
Pretty decent benefits, health was not top notch but was sufficient. I had 30k in 401k by the end of my 5 years so that's not bad.
If you start with their contractor, then your insurance deductibles will not roll over. That said, their insurance was pretty affordable.
The only thing that would make the benefits better is if the company paid for all the healthy coverage. Other than that, they are excellent.
good coverage & minimal contribution no incentive for gym or employee discount packages
Pretty good for what it is
Benefits suck they say you get vacations but they're always short handed with lazy managers that don't want to run your route so they tell you you can't take a vacation I know a guy who I worked with he's been there over 10 years and not one vacation was taken because he's scared his manager will change his orders for his route because the managers are snakes who get into the computer system and change orders and even order more than you need and do it on a regular basis they really need to clean house in this company.
Hr was difficult to deal with reimbursement process is difficult an poorly explained
no benefits you have to buy your own benefits
