Most Commented

  • Health Insurance(13 comments)

Too expensive for the low wages paid to hourly employees who work too hard for crapy coverage

  • 401K Plan(6 comments)

Completely standard fare. Nothing new or amazing for this benefit. The lackluster pay for this area makes most folks avoid doing the 401K just to have extra food money.

  • Dental Insurance(4 comments)

The barest of bare minimum of dental coverage. A filling is only 40% covered… pathetic.

The benefits for hourly employees are horrible, hardly pay for anything. and cost too; especially for the low wages, we pay them.

Benefits are good for the economy we are in.

Every year the premium goes up and the coverage, coinsurance costs, and health care options go down. Bonuses are non existent until people start quitting in mass or multiple “anonymous” ethics phone calls start hitting Thomasville GA. The best benefit of this job is not being a poor superintendent or manager that has a mandatory company cellular phone. Free ice cream is nice but it don’t fix a $7000 ER bill.

The best thing is the pay. 401k is good. Vacation time is just ok.
