The only thing that would make the benefits better is if the company paid for all the healthy coverage. Other than that, they are excellent.

Benefits suck they say you get vacations but they're always short handed with lazy managers that don't want to run your route so they tell you you can't take a vacation I know a guy who I worked with he's been there over 10 years and not one vacation was taken because he's scared his manager will change his orders for his route because the managers are snakes who get into the computer system and change orders and even order more than you need and do it on a regular basis they really need to clean house in this company.

Benefits are really good insurance (health, vision, dental, PPO) Descent employee 401k match 50% up to 6%, ok vacation accrual (good luck getting to use it though)
401k match is great, health,dental and vision are also very affordable.
