They pay 90% of your benefits which is great as long as you don't have to insure a spouse who is covered at 60%.

Decent amount of time off options (PTO, Wellness, Sick) all measured separately. Retirement plan options are good. Health Care coverage is ok. All the normal health care options (medical, dental, and vision).
