Benefits are good. There is Maternity/ Paternity leave but I don’t believe ifs very long. Flex vacation time. 401k but would be better if they matched any of it.
Health insurance was very affordable and had great coverage for a PPO, although I wish it included some holistic options like acupuncture. There was no maternity leave offered, which I found very hard to stomach. Vacation package was decent, additional personal/wellness days would have been ideal. 401K matching and bonuses would be nice, but I guess it is not expected from a start-up environment. Small extras like help with gym memberships, summer Fridays, and official volunteer time off would have been excellent.
They pay 90% of your benefits which is great as long as you don't have to insure a spouse who is covered at 60%.
Great insurance options and very generous employer coverage.
Decent amount of time off options (PTO, Wellness, Sick) all measured separately. Retirement plan options are good. Health Care coverage is ok. All the normal health care options (medical, dental, and vision).
A good standard package, but no Google/Facebook style extravagance.
Flexible work hours is nice. Standard benefits
Paid Vacation days, 401k plan, health benefits- great package
Nothing in particular, but good amount of PTO.
