401K matching, 1 week per year sick time set up as a use it or lose it policy.
Best : Summer work hours & flexible schedule Worst : Bonus opportunity is weak
Above average benefits are offered. Nothing will blow your mind but you do feel appreciated and that you are given an adequate amount.
Good maternity and paternity leave
United Health is expensive. Vision plan is awful. Tuition reimbursement only if approved and you have a multi year commitment afterwards. No fixed benefit pension. No stock options for non executive employees.
Best--vacation starts at 3 weeks. Worst-Medical doesn't cover labs for physical exams.
good, effective, right, fair, balanced
Overall benefits package is decent. You could do a lot worse. It changes regularly though. Sick days were recently changed from accumulated to 'use them or lose them'. Those who have accumulated hours got to keep them, but very difficult to try and use them. Pay raises are minimal, 3% is considered excellent.
