“Low premiums and deductibles. Good coverage.”
“Match employee contribution up to 6%”
“There is a generous amount of PTO provided. Can use PTO any day, does not have to be a holiday.”
Typical medical benefits, 401k match does not start until one year of service, vacation and holiday time is lumped into what they call TOWP "Time off with Pay". It is accrued on a weekly basis, and all time off (vacation, sick, holidays) is lumped into this category including holidays. You have to use time out of your TOWP balance for company holidays like Christmas, thanksgiving ect. They do offer alternative work week schedule every other Friday off 9/80
Flexible working schedule. Good 401K plan. Health insurance not as good, high premium and low coverage.
Fluor offers a great 401K matching program. They have a variety of health insurance options to choose from. It seems they really care about their employees.
The worst thing about the benefits package at Fluor is that there isn’t any. I worked on the contractor side and there are no benefits and you are treated terrible.
9/80 schedule, every other friday off. Flex time also, with core hours of 8:45 am to 3:30 pm. This is great, 5% company match 401K I believe. Vacation hours accrue faster than you think.
The Employee portion of the benefits are pricey.
Great benefits, specially the health benefits and the 401K !
can't get stock, limited 401K, and the health insurance is not that great. Additionally, you have to accumulate your time off. If you’re a new hire you can’t take vacation until you have enough hours for it.
Benefits are pretty good- not top of the line but are pretty good.
Benefits costs have increased with service levels decreased
