Fluor offers Time Off With Pay. It is accrued, so you have to begin working and do not get vacation days immediately. It takes time to build them up, but once you have the days, feel free to take a vacation.

Here they call it TOWP (time off with pay). It's basically Holidays, Vacation, etc. all rolled into one. Every 40hrs you work you get 3.71hrs for TOWP, for the first 5yrs. It caps at 2,000hrs.

5 weeks starting time off. The days you have to take off, can be worked off on other days in the same pay period so keep and roll your time off balance year after year and they become more valuable as your salary increases
