Very good benefits. Profit sharing would make them great benefits.

Great benefits package. A Wellness program that provides additional services, wellness $ credits and challenges throughout the year.

Health insurance is a very good benefit. You can choose the type of plan you want, e.g., HSA or FSA, etc.

I was surprised how much was NOT covered by insurance and how few in network providers were available for healthcare. The closest in network urgent care facility is almost 30 minutes from where I live. It was almost impossible to find a physician location near me. PTO is the comparable to most firms in the area. Ability to make up time through out the week rather than just during the same day would make having doctors appointments easier to make.

401K, profit sharing, replaced bonus at year end instead of raises, have not provided raises to employees in several years

Health Insurance was decent. Employee contribution was fairly affordable given the current cost of insurance. Vacation and paid leave was very standard for the market.

Best benefit is 401K matching. Not so good benefits package. Health insurance for family is expensive, but company has a health incentive that gives you a $20 discount each month - if you qualify. Employees don't get sick and vacation leave, it's all together. So you don't accrue much leave, be careful with your leave. New policy - no flexing time. Company is huge on gathering - good food! Company believes in investing in employees by providing training and professional development. Make sure you ask questions about benefits package, you may not get the deal you think you're getting.
